We are seeking an experienced Internal Audit Manager to work in our Corporate office in Schaumburg, IL.  If you are a self-starter, has a continuous improvement mind set, we want to talk to you! The Internal audit manager will have experience with International Professional Practices as established by The Institute of Internal Auditors. The manager will adhere to the IIA mission; To enhance and protect organizational value by providing risk based and objective assurance, advice, and insight.

The internal audit manager will be an independent person reporting to the CEO of INX International Ink Co. The INX Executive Audit Committee will direct the objectives. The manager will have the authority to touch the entire INX Group. The manager will assess the risk of each entity in the group and decide where the focus should be. The manager will work with INX Financial department for support in North America, South America and Europe.  As the Internal Audit manager, you will be responsible to:

• Develop/update the annual risk assessment.
• Design internal audit program for the INX Group Companies.
• Manage, test, report and improve internal control environment driven by J-SOX
• Perform internal operational audits in line with the audit plan and Sakata INX internal audit guidance.
• Write internal audit reports and present findings to INX President and Executive Audit Committee.
• Report to the Executive Audit Committee quarterly and Sakata INX Co Internal audit department.

• College degree in accountancy or business-related field.
• Certified Internal Auditor as recognized by the Institute of Internal Auditors.
• 5 years of auditing experience (required) including managing audits.
• Internal Audit experience.
• Understanding of Sarbanes Oxley or Japanese SOX.
• Excellent communication skills.

Additional Qualification Requested or Helpful:

• Certified Public Accountant
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP would be helpful)
• International audit experience
• Manufacturing audit experience
• Information Systems Audit experience (helpful)
• Data analytics (TeamMate, ACL, Power BI etc. helpful)
