Your responsibilities:

• Field Service & Hardware Support
  • Perform disassembly and assembly of the housing, tool installation, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance activities. Support key hardware replacement and troubleshooting on production tools among all Taiwan customer site.
  • Participate in key hardware replacement or troubleshooting training in Headquarter
• Project-Based Execution
  • Participate in project-based activities such as tool upgrades, system modifications, and biannual performance maintenance.
  • Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely and quality execution.
• Application & Process Support
  • Assist in basic tool setup, calibration, and requalification activities
  • Support execution of application-related tasks and troubleshooting with application-related issues.
• Continuous Improvement & SOP
  • Follow existing SOPs and actively contribute to improvements.
  • Identify recurring issues and propose practical solutions.

We are looking for a passionate and talented professional to join our team. You’re a great fit if you have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical, electrical, physics, or a related technical or engineering field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment, field service, or related technical roles.
• Proven experience in the semiconductor industry, particularly in tool installation, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Basic understanding of project management principles and tools, including Gantt charts, Jira ticketing system.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong English communication skills, including technical presentation and escalation handling
• May involve shift-based work arrangements and occasional travel within Taiwan, depending on business needs
