So, what will you do?

• You will be responsible for managing our onboarding product throughout its entire product lifecycle.
• You will closely collaborate with Engineering and Design Leaders to drive product discovery, delivery, stakeholder engagement, and long-term vision and strategy.
• Your primary goal will be to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions that drive business growth and enhance the user experience.

Deal breakers:

At least 4 years of relevant experience (preferably in the Fintech industry) with the below:

• Proven experience (minimum 4 years) within eCommerce, digital marketing and web development
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Knowledge of e-commerce management, best practices and trends
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels

In addition to the above, you are required to possess:

• In-depth knowledge of the Fintech/Payments industry, including understanding industry trends, regulatory landscape, and competitive dynamics.
• In depth knowledge of the onboarding / KYC / FICA process, (including the legal regulations would be a bonus).
• Understanding of financial technology (fintech) solutions and payment systems, including knowledge of different payment methods, transaction processes, and security protocols.
• Familiarity with customer needs and pain points within the financial services industry, including an understanding of consumer behaviour, preferences, and expectations.
• Awareness of emerging technologies and innovations in the Fintech/Payments space, such as blockchain, digital wallets, mobile payments, and alternative payment methods.
• Understanding of business models and revenue streams within the Fintech/Payments sector, including knowledge of monetization strategies, partnerships, and value propositions.
• Ability to analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to identify market opportunities and drive product innovation.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance considerations related to financial transactions and data privacy, ensuring products adhere to industry standards and guidelines.

What would you be responsible for?

• Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and market opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Prioritize features and create user stories based on customer feedback, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Work closely with Design Leaders to create wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces that align with user needs and business objectives.
• Collaborate with Engineers and Design Leaders to ensure timely and successful product development and delivery.
• Define and prioritize product backlogs, working closely with Engineering teams during sprint planning and execution.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure product quality before launch.
• Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and iterate based on user insights and metrics.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, partners, and merchants.
• Communicate product updates, roadmaps, and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
• Gather feedback and incorporate stakeholder input into product planning and decision-making.
• Conduct demos, workshops, and training sessions to promote product understanding and adoption.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
