Job Description
To contribute a great meeting point with customers at all sales channel by securing high availability of our offers, with a high quality products and services at the lowest cost possible. To achieved an enjoyable, convenience and successful shopping and buying experience by using all media and sales channel available in order to attract and encourage more customers to visit more often and maximising the sales potential.
- Lead, develop and inspired goods flow and self-serve team and work with service office matrix partners to secure the highest possible of competent co-workers, goods availabilities at all channel for all time at the lowest cost possible.
- Work closely with Sales Supply Support Manager to secure a common short – midterm capacity plan by adjusting the supply to the store in order to maximise logistical efficiency with the right balance and smooth incoming volume.
- Secure an efficiency goods flow process in flow and adhere to Global Service Protocol.
- Work together with business partner, to ensure that goods that are delivered to IKEA store are according to IKEA standards.
- Contribute with relevance goods flow inputs to the store business plan and logistics action plan.
- Contribute to the lowest cost possible by ensure that self-serve team has the correct product knowledge, products range and services offer so that they can share with customers, to improve the shopping experience and maximising sales potentials.
- Ensure that self-serve team understand and knows different IKEA sales and communication channel and IKEA know-how, in order to make the best commercial use and sharing this information’s with the many customers
- Ensure that the right number of competent co-workers are always available at self-serve area at the right place and right time, securing that they are able and available to serve customers and actively help them in the buying process.
