Job Description
- Perform administrative activities within the HR Department (filing, administrative letters: AVI, employment attestation, renewal of all SBCs contracts…).
- With the support of Front Desk Assistant, ensure that suppliers are submitting their invoices on due time.
- Follow up all payments for HR/Admin suppliers based on the contract terms.
- Ensure availability of office stationery and other office needs in the headquarter and Offices in regions.
- Management of medical insurance contract, life insurance contracts, pension benefit scheme and company doctors’ contracts.
- Update all trackers related to Admin activities (local & international travel – SBCs invoices & payments , Purchase Orders, CNPS incorporation / disincorporation,)
- Management of interns (Onboarding, internship contract, internship allowances etc…)
- Liaise with CNPS for the incorporation / disincorporation of personnel as well as all other related activities (e.g. maternity leave, familial allocation…)
- Supervising all activities related to TAF, Petty cash Request, Hotel Booking, Flight ticket request and welcoming of visitors.
- Develop Human Resources acumen on key reporting: Weekly management meeting report, Monthly headcount reporting
- Participate actively to the preparation of the admin budget.
- Oversee all activities relating to company events be at the forefront of basic organizational requirements
- Other responsibilities as may be required by the company and performs all other tasks assigned within the HR department.
Qualifications
- BSC degree in Administration, Human Resources or any related field.
- Bilingual (English and French)
- Min of 2-years cognate experiences in the same field
- Certification on General administration will be an advantage
