About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Engineering Manager to lead Kyriba's ERP Addons Integration team (team of 6 developers - to be created). The team will own the design, development, and delivery of Kyriba's major ERP addon systems across D365, SAP, NetSuite, and Oracle, enabling seamless connectivity between enterprise ERP platforms and Kyriba's liquidity performance platform and especially CaaS ERP team. You will provide people leadership and technical direction to a team of senior and mid-level engineers, define integration architecture across multiple ERP platforms, and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including Product, Business Analysts, QA, Customer Success, ERP vendor teams. This role requires a balance of deep ERP’s technical expertise, architectural vision, and strong people management skills, with a genuine passion for building high-performing teams and delivering impactful solutions at scale

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of ERP integration engineers (D365, SAP, NetSuite, Oracle specialists), fostering a culture of ownership, technical excellence, and continuous improvement
  • Set clear team goals aligned with company strategy, monitor sprint delivery, team efficiency, and progress against commitments
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development conversations to support individual growth Hire and onboard new team members, ensuring thorough ramp-up on Kyriba processes and domain-specific knowledge
  • Manage team dynamics, resolve conflicts proactively, and maintain high morale and engagement
  • Define technical architecture and integration patterns across multiple ERP platforms
  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of payment, GL, bank statement, and cash forecasting integrations Design multi-ERP environment strategy across dev, test, and production instances (N, N-1, N-2 versions) 
  • Drive CI/CD strategy, toolchain ownership, and DevOps practices across the team
  • Conduct code reviews, establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and security protocols
  • Assign Feature Leaders to features and ensure appropriate stakeholder involvement in grooming and planning activities
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support teams on customer implementations and escalations
  • Partner with vendor teams at Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, and NetSuite on technical roadmap alignment and maintain ISV partner relationships.
  • Achieve and maintain vendor certifications, partnership profiles and solution listings. Certifications in ERP platforms (Microsoft App Store listing, SAP ICC, Oracle store listing, NetSuite BFN)
  • Monitor integration performance, scalability, and security compliance (SOC 2, GDPR, PCI-DSS)
  • Lead innovation initiatives and evaluate emerging integration technologies
  • Contribute hands-on to critical development efforts and proof-of-concepts when needed
  • Oversee team wiki documentation and ensure the knowledge base remains accurate and current

Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in ERP integration development, with 3+ years in engineering management or senior technical leadership roles
  • Deep expertise in at least 2 ERP platforms (D365, SAP, NetSuite, or Oracle); working knowledge of all 4 preferred
  • Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and middleware architectures
  • Experience with API design and governance (REST, SOAP, OData, event-driven architectures)
  • Proficiency across multiple programming languages relevant to ERP ecosystems (ABAP, X++, PL/SQL, JavaScript, C#/.NET)
  • Advanced SQL and data modeling skills
  • Experience with multi-cloud platforms (Azure, SAP BTP, Oracle OCI, NetSuite Cloud)
  • Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and DevOps practices
  • Understanding of security and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, GDPR, PCI-DSS)
  • Experience with treasury operations, cash positioning, and payment workflows
  • Proven track record leading and growing technical teams while delivering complex integration projects
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills
  • Ability to balance hands-on technical contributions with strategic architectural leadership
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and technical planning
  • Strong mentorship and knowledge-sharing abilities
  • Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written

Optional Requirements

  • Experience with Kyriba or other Treasury Management Systems
  • TOGAF, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, or similar architecture certifications
  • Scrum Master or Agile certifications
  • Experience leading distributed or remote engineering teams
  • Prior experience in SaaS or FinTech environments
  • Knowledge of middleware platforms (SAP CPI, Oracle OIC, Azure Logic Apps, Boomi, MuleSoft) 
  • Experience with payment file formats (BAI2, MT940, ISO 20022, SWIFT)
  • Understanding of ERP marketplace trends and vendor roadmaps
  • Experience with SAP ICC certifications, Build for NetSuite (BFN) or similar certification programs.  Background in financial services, banking, or corporate treasury
