- Execute environment builds and upgrades using Terraform, AWS CLI, and standardized runbooks.
- Implement and maintain networking components including VPC peering, routing, security groups, NACLs, VPN tunnels (e.g., Sophos XG or similar), and DNS.
- Support customer and platform deployments, releases, and change activities; contribute to CI/CD and IaC improvements that reduce toil.
- Write or extend scripts (Bash/Python/PowerShell) to automate common ops tasks, checks, and validations.
- Monitor health and performance via CloudWatch, Coralogix, and related tools; respond to alerts and anomalies.
- Perform first‑ and second‑line troubleshooting across OS, network, VPN, identity, and application connectivity layers; escalate to Senior Cloud Engineer/SRE/Engineering as needed with clear, complete diagnostics.
- Contribute to incident reviews and root‑cause summaries; update runbooks/SOPs accordingly.
- Work directly with internal and external customers to troubleshoot connectivity and environment issues; communicate status and next steps clearly.
- Collaborate with the Global Operations team (US/UK/APAC) for handoffs, shift transitions, and shared priorities; uphold SLAs and quality standards.
- Execute maintenance windows, patching, and compliance actions per policy and schedule.
- Maintain accurate documentation (SOPs, runbooks, diagrams, architecture notes) and participate in continuous‑improvement efforts.

- Exposure to SIEM/endpoint tools (e.g., Rapid7, Datadog, SentinelOne, Coralogix, AWS Toolings) and incident response workflows.
- Familiarity with CI/CD (GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps), secrets management, and observability patterns.
- Scripting beyond basics (Python or Bash) and comfortable reading application/service logs.
- Experience in offshore/onshore delivery models and structured performance/shift management.
