Sales Leader - Benelux

And that is precisely why this role exists. This opportunity is about unlocking the next level of performance level in a region that has historically been successful.  We’re hiring a Sales Director for Benelux to lead that evolution. 

This is not a caretaker role. It’s a mandate to modernise how enterprise selling is done in one of Ultimo’s most important markets.

What you’ll own 

  • Overall sales strategy and performance across Benelux 
  • Leadership and development of Sales Managers and senior sellers 
  • Enterprise expansion and executive-level customer engagement 
  • Raising deal quality, standards, and commercial maturity
