Job Description

Are you passionate about HR and ready to make a real impact in a dynamic, innovative tech environment? Do you thrive on balancing people processes with the energy of ongoing transformation? If so, we’d love to welcome you to our Nordic Human Resources team as our new:

HR Business Partner – based in Denmark, Norway, or Sweden (Fixed-Term Parental Leave Cover)

This is a unique opportunity to experience the full spectrum of HR in a fast-paced, international setting. You’ll manage every stage of the employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, compensation, and employee relations. While your primary focus will be on one Nordic country, you’ll also collaborate closely with colleagues across the Nordics and globally to implement best practices and drive our people strategy.

What You’ll Do:

  • Act as a trusted HR Business Partner for managers and employees, providing guidance and coaching across all HR processes.
  • Partner with management and employee representatives and lead health and safety initiatives in your assigned country.
  • Implement HR policies and ensure alignment with global standards and local regulations.
  • Manage performance and compensation processes, supporting engagement and recognition.
  • Serve as the go-to HR contact for operational queries in your country, working closely with our Shared Services team to deliver a seamless employee experience.

 

Qualifications

  • You bring in HR knowledge as HR professional, preferably in a tech-driven, fast-moving environment.
  • You are well equipped to work for a company with high growth in a dynamic and entrepreneurial  environment
  • You posses strong advisory skills, with the confidence to handle complex cases and manage risk under pressure.
  • You are able to plan, organize, and prioritize your day for maximum impact with a detail oriented mind-set.
  • You have a strong customer focus and excellent stakeholder management skills, ensuring the best support for our teams.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office and a ready to dive into new tools and platforms.
