Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior HR Operations Executive to support our HR department's day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate employee records, managing HR systems, ensuring smooth onboarding processes, handling payroll administration, and providing general HR support to the team. Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Assist with onboarding of new hires, ensuring smooth and efficient integration into the company, including preparing documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
- Coordinate exit processes for employees leaving the organization, conducting exit interviews, and ensuring that all required steps are completed.
HR Administration:
- Maintain employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements.
- Process and manage employee data changes, including personal information, job title changes, and promotions.
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
- Assist in processing payroll by ensuring accurate timesheet data, leave management, and any payroll-related queries.
- Support the management of employee benefits programs (OPD, health insurance, etc.).
HR Systems & Reporting:
- Ensure accurate data entry into HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and assist in generating HR reports when needed (e.g., employee headcount, turnover rates, etc.).
- Support HR operations with system troubleshooting, audits, and updates as necessary.
Employee Queries & Support:
- Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries from employees, providing support on policies, benefits, or general HR concerns.
- Provide administrative support for HR team members and assist in various HR projects as needed.
Compliance & Record Keeping:
- Ensure all HR policies, processes, and records are compliant with labor laws and company regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure the security of employee data.
General HR Support:
- Assist with performance management processes (e.g., annual reviews, goal-setting).
- Support in organizing company events, employee engagement initiatives, and other HR-related programs.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR Operations (internships or entry-level roles are also considered).
- Familiarity with HR software and systems (HRIS, payroll systems) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of labor laws, payroll processing, and employee benefits.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Proactive and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of HR policies and employment laws.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
