Job Description
The Senior PMO Manager will oversee the Project Management Office for the Office of the COO, ensuring the successful delivery of projects across the organization. This role involves strategic planning, process improvement, and leadership to drive project excellence and alignment with business goals.
Duties and Accountabilities
- Leadership and Strategy:
- Develop and implement PMO strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Direct and mentor a team of project managers and coordinators.
- Align project objectives with the company’s strategic goals.
- Set clear goals and expectations for the team and monitor performance.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Project Oversight:
- Oversee the portfolio of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Process Improvement:
- Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.
- Implement best practices and tools to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, and sales.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among project teams.
- Continuously align with regional stakeholders to agree priorities on projects and programmes on a rolling 6-12 month timeframe.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality outputs from the PMO to the business.
- Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders and provide regular updates.
- Technical Expertise:
- Stay up to date with the latest products, software versions and licensing models in IFS.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Develop and maintain project dashboards and enhance reporting assets in line with business needs.
- Assess project data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Report on projects, acting as the “bridge” between the business, sales and technical teams to ensure understanding, accuracy and consistency
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Development of ad hoc reports / analysis as needed by executive stakeholders
- Assisting with regular report preparation as needed
- Align with Global operations to ensure we are working together to improve Global reporting

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
- Proven ability in project management, especially in a leadership role.
- Proven ability in managing large, complex projects in an international environment.
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent excel skills and proficiency working with project management tools like Microsoft Project and JIRA.
- Excellent capability with Microsoft PowerPoint and other Microsoft productivity solutions
- Excellent professional fluency in English (written and spoken). Additional languages is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Power BI or equivalent reporting tools
- Knowledge of CRM tools and methods. Knowledge of IFS Cloud application system is an advantage.
