What you’ll do:
● Architect and develop scalable APIs that facilitate seamless integration with systems and support extensibility for future enhancements .
● Utilize analytic tools and techniques to derive actionable insights from large datasets, driving informed decision-making and enhancing product features .
● Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and principles
● Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
● Lead the design and implementation of complex software systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability .
● Serve as a primary consultant on design and development within a collaborative team
● Work closely with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions .
● Engage in solving challenging technical and business problems to advance your career

● Contribute to delivering high-quality software solutions to global clients, emphasizing innovation and quality
● Create and maintain technical documentation related to architecture, design decisions, and project implementation .

Qualifications
What you’ll bring:
● A degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
● 5-8 years of full-stack development experience, coupled with a continual learning mindset \
● Hands-on full stack experience with GCP cloud. AWS/Azure experience.
● Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
● Hands on experience with designing and implementing enterprise technology and data engineering solutions.Proven experience in building high-performance web applications, APIs, and interfaces with a strong testing discipline
● The ability to connect designs to implementation with an API-first approach expertise with loosely coupled systems, and domain driven design
● Experience with Event-driven Architecture, decoupling services
● Experience with unit test frameworks to ensure code quality and automation
● Comfort with abstract problem-solving and ambiguous challenges
● Experience in pragmatically designing, building, and deploying performant scalable, highly available distributed systems and cloud-based architecture and automated release pipelines ● A commitment to code quality, maintainability, testability, and scalability
● Demonstrated willingness to navigate and understand cross-domain codeExpertise with Java, PHP, Drupal, .NET, Terraform, and/or AWS, is an asset
● Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases
● Demonstrable experience working with legacy code and the ability to optimize existing systems
● A commitment to leaving code/processes/people better than when you got there and acting as a expert leader within a technical domain
● Outstanding communication skills with a knack for translating user needs into actionable plans
● Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, guiding them in software architecture, design patterns, and best practices (and a firm belief that everyone has something to learn and teach)
● A degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
● You subscribe to the paradigm that companies should be socially responsible
● Exposure to granting domain or grant management software is an added advantage
