Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager with a strong background in Research & Development (R&D) liaison acting Manufacturing Presales to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of our products, from concept through production and post-launch support. This role requires a deep understanding of market needs, R&D processes, and manufacturing capabilities, ensuring our products meet high-quality standards and market demands.
Key Responsibilities:Hybrid Role
- Product Management with R&D liaison : 50% Role and Responsibility
- Product Development and Lifecycle Management:
- Lead the product development process from ideation to launch.
- Collaborate with R&D to define product specifications and ensure alignment with market needs.
- Manage product lifecycle, including updates, enhancements, and end-of-life strategies.
- Market and Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends.
- Analyze competitive products and market positioning to inform product strategy.
- Develop detailed product requirements and specifications based on market analysis.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with R&D, engineering, manufacturing, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure timely and effective product delivery.
- Customer Engagement:
- Engage with key customers to gather feedback and understand their requirements.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements.
- Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all products meet the company's quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Work with the quality assurance team to develop testing protocols and quality control measures.
- Product Development and Lifecycle Management:
- Manufacturing Presales : 50 % Role and Responsibility
- Provide technical support to the sales team during the presales process.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Assist in the development of sales materials, including technical specifications, product datasheets, and customer proposals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on R&D and manufacturing as presales.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex product development projects.
- Strong technical background with an understanding of R&D and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.

- Knowledge of specific tools or methodologies relevant to the role, e.g., Agile, Lean Manufacturing, etc..
