In the Demo Platform team, we help people be heroes, which also makes us heroes! We develop the platform and capabilities that presales across the whole IFS eco system use to demonstrate the value of IFS Cloud to customers. Joining our team is a unique opportunity to get exposure to the selling side of IFS, whilst still being part of a great R&D organization with ample career opportunities. We are looking for an Intern Software Engineer to join our team with a primary focus in building out the standard demo data set for IFS’s solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with presales and product specialists from our team and product teams to design and develop the script package used to load the standard demo data into demo environments using a low-code scripting language.

You will ensure that standard demo data set is built with good practices and architecture, considering factors such as performance, scalability, and maintainability. You will also work closely with stakeholders to iteratively improve the demo data set and make necessary adjustments based on feedback. You will play a key role by providing technical expertise and guidance as the primary technically responsible personnel for this initiative.

To be effective in job you need to be a good communicator, be a fast study (we work across all solution areas, remember) and be enthusiastic to pick up functional knowledge in our software. You cannot effectively work on building the Demo Platform unless you possess a foundational understanding of the solutions we are selling.
