Job Description

The Customer Engagement Office is a newly established function within the Nordics Customer Success organization.The Customer Engagement Office is responsible for the internal administrative activities needed throughout the customers life cycle. 

It will be a small team and you will play a key role in establishing this function. We are looking for a forward leaning do’er to help us making the Nordic Customer Engagement Office a success. These will be some of your responsibilities:

  • Establishing the processes and routines within the Customer Engagement Office 

  • Act as single-point-of-contact for various stakeholders, customers, IFS project managers, IFS Finance and many more. 

  • Add customers into the internal support system and ensuring information is up-to-date and correct.

  • On board new customers to the customer service portal, via digital communication as well as customer meetings. 

  • Support stakeholders with relevant reports

  • Ad hoc admin tasks when needed.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years' experience in a customer support role. 

  • Enjoy interacting with people and helping them solve problems >> A customer service mindset 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and at least Swedish. A pre if you understand Norwegian and/or Danish and/or Finish as well as you will work in the Nordic market unit.

  • Self-motivated and able to adjust quickly to changing priorities.

  • Structured and organised.

  • Experience working with an ERP system.

  • Preferable a bachelor degree in Business Administration.

  • If you have experience within B2B and/or SaaS it will be seen as an advantage.
