Job Description
The QA Automation Lead is responsible for Development and implementation of QA testing strategies and plans to ensure software quality and compliance with banking regulations. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. Coordinate with development teams to integrate QA processes into the software development lifecycle. Design and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures (manual and automated). Analyze test results, identify issues and trends, and recommend actions to ensure high-quality releases. This position will lead efforts ensuring our software solutions meet rigorous quality standards before deployment.
IDB is looking for ISTQB & Tricentis Tosca Certified Professional with an extensive experience in IT Industry, Finance / Banking Domain with major experience in Application Datawarehouse ETL & API Testing.
Qualifications
- Experience in Financial Services Technology SDET Lead Manual and Automation with 10+ Years of IT experience.
- Managing teams to complete client work in accordance with Test Case execution and quality standards with respect to the requirements based on functionality and performance, Identifying, and resolving issues critical to the client’s strategic and operational success.
- Preparation and Execution of Test Plan, Test Cases, Test Results & Requirement Traceability Matrix document
- Experience in leading and managing onshore-offshore teams on large and complex projects, Global Delivery model and collaborating with 3rd party vendors
- Expertise in QA Automation using TOSCA, Selenium WebDriver, Frontend & Backend API Testing, qTest, Agile Methodologies
- Experience on TOSCA BI/Data Warehousing Data Integrity Validation, Web & Desktop applications
- Expertise in Testing ETL transformation logics between source and target systems using the SQL queries, Testing ETL data extraction and data loading from different source files, Develop ETL test cases based on technical specifications, Data design documents and Source to Staging and Target mapping documents.
- Experience in working around Core Banking application, Enterprise Data Warehouse, Payment application, Compliance application (Actimize), Cash Management and Loan IQ.
- Strong abilities in Software Testing including setting up of test environment, creation of test scripts / cases, execution of test cases and tracking of defects using various tools. Expertise in integration testing of existing applications with new applications, Security testing and data validation.
- Quick learner and excellent team player with ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and oral/written communication skills, Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently as well as in team environment
Compensation
The expected annual salary for this position is between $110,000 and $140,000 at the start of employment. A salary offer is determined on an individualized basis, taking into consideration factors such as an individual’s skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package also includes eligibility for an annual bonus, medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision plans, life and disability insurance, employee wellness program, retirement and savings plans with employer contributions, generous holiday and paid time off schedules, parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
