Our mid-town Toronto office is in search of a Clerical Assistant to join their Office Support Services team on an full-time basis.

Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide excellent and timely customer service to internal and external staff via telephone, e-mail or in-person
  • Process shipments and coordinate pick-ups for time sensitive materials for internal clients
  • Schedule boardroom bookings and order catering for Client meetings
  • Set up and clear coffee/beverages/catering for Client meetings and events
  • Photocopy, print, scan and bind reports for all departments
  • Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Provide front desk concierge for incoming guests
  • Ensure boardrooms, copy rooms and kitchens are tidy, organized and stocked

Qualifications

Position requirements include, but are not limited to:

  • 2 - 3 years of previous experience in customer service and/or related industry experience
  • Excellent planning and prioritizing skills along with the ability to meet stringent deadlines
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook  
  • Strong ability to multi-task
  • Excellent problem solving, consulting and facilitation skills
  • Possess a positive, energetic attitude
  • Flexible and able to adapt to different situations

The salary range for this position is CAD 40,000-44,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
