• Responsible for managing the end-to-end sourcing process with focus on quality, TCO and risk mitigation.
• Working with stakeholders to define sourcing strategy
• Leading RFPs (including creation, submission, evaluation, negotiation)
• Negotiating contract renewals and statements of work with existing suppliers
• Negotiating new supplier contracts
• Able to confidently negotiate contract terms and conditions, good understanding of contract law and IT contracts.
• Supporting the supplier relationship management for key suppliers
• Supporting the development of category plans
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to influence, align diverse views and gain consensus.
•  Ability to operate effectively in an environment with tight deadlines, finite resource and uncertainty
• Language skills: English mandatory, Spanish beneficial
• Some travel to other locations will be required

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, in IT related services
• Proven track record in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, best practices, and industry trends
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Solid understanding of risk assessment and mitigation strategies in procurement
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
• Professional certification such as CPSM or CPM is preferred
• Fluency in English; and Spanish is a must
• Willingness to travel occasionally for supplier visits and industry events
