• Translate customer needs into learning interventions and programs 
• Design customized and blended leadership development programs on a wide range of topics 
• Leverage current building blocks to create new programs 
• Deliver learning and leadership development programs 
• Deliver Executive Coaching and feedback coaching with our CORE assessment products 
• Deliver Train-the-Trainer programs for scaling 

• 8 to 15 years of experience 
• Experience gained in-house and/or with a consultancy firm 
• University degree (Bachelor), in the field of Social Sciences, Master's degree desirable 
• Experience with delivery at mid to senior level audience 
• Coaching Certification (ICF) 
• Traits: Self-awareness and inner confidence, Systems Thinking, Growth Mindset 
• Location: Germany / Austria (remote) 
• Instructional design of leadership development / learning programs and interventions (leadership journeys) 
• Analytic skills: effective at articulating data and insights (pattern recognition) 
• Strong business acumen and ability to converse effectively with business leaders 
• Well connected in the field of expertise, know the latest models and skills required for effective leadership 
• Client engagement skills to ensure high Net Promoter Score for Human Edge 
• Experience with leadership assessment tools 
• Technology: LearnDash and other (emerging) learning tools (e.g. Virtual and Augmented Reality) 
• Language: German C2 with Fluent (Bi-lingual) English skills
