Job Description

As a Workspace Experience Associate, you’ll be the friendly face and go-to person in the clubhouse. Whether it’s greeting members, organising events, or keeping the space running smoothly, no two days will be the same as you help shape this incredible workspace. With a focus on delivering premium, personalised service, you’ll ensure every interaction feels exceptional.

What your day-to-day will look like (but not limited to!):  

  • As the welcoming face of our workspace, you'll create personalised experiences for members and guests.

  • Manage day-to-day member and guest questions, enquiries, booking requests, mail etc. including in person and through the clubhouse email inbox promptly - be the problem solver and assist our members with any issues! 

  • Assist with our cafe operations downstairs by preparing a variety of beverages (If you don't know how - it's okay! we can train you!)

  • Play a crucial role in organising and executing workplace events. From small meetings to larger gatherings, your involvement will ensure each event is a hit, marked by seamless execution and guest satisfaction.

  • Conduct regular inventory checks for food, consumables, and clubhouse supplies. Your attention here ensures we’re always stocked and ready to meet our members' needs.

  • Assist with aspects of our workspace's day-to-day operations such as opening and closing procedures and conducting space checks etc!

Qualifications

We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality, retail, or a similar service-oriented sector.
  • Strongly embodies a customer centric and hospitality-led mindset, adapting to the needs and preferences of guests to enhance their overall experience.

  • Strong problem solving skills with a creative and pragmatic approach, always maintaining a positive and solution focused mindset in addressing challenges 

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for engaging with members, staff, and external stakeholders.

  • Proficient multitasking abilities, maintaining focus and productivity in a dynamic environment.

  • A genuine passion for building relationships, with a strong ability to bring warmth to every interaction and effectively build rapport and foster strong relationships

  • You must hold or be willing to obtain: RSA, Food Handling Certificate.

  • Bonus kudos if you can make a mean cup of coffee!
