Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Live-in Care Coordinator and Sponsorship Manager to oversee high-quality live-in care operations across Salisbury and manage employee sponsorship compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Live-in Care Coordination: Coordinate high-quality live-in care services, manage team rotas, facilitate smooth handovers, and oversee client quality assurance (QA) visits and subsistence allowances.
Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure daily adherence to CQC and National Office regulations, maintaining accurate records across all data platforms.
Sponsorship Management: Oversee the Home Office SMS portal, manage Certificates of Sponsorship (CoS), apply for new CoS as needed, and ensure sponsored staff meet required earnings thresholds in coordination with scheduling and finance.
Recruitment & Onboarding: Source, interview, and onboard high-quality candidates across Salisbury and Andover, ensuring full compliance, vetting, and training prior to placement.
Issue Escalation: Foresee operational challenges and proactively escalate concerns or feedback to the Live-in Care Lead and Registered Manager.
Qualifications
Care Coordination Experience: Extensive background in care with a proven track record in coordination, team leadership, training, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of Care Standards regulations, CQC requirements, and home care compliance.
Sponsorship Familiarity: Understanding of UK Home Office sponsorship processes, CoS allocation, and SMS portal compliance.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Suite, database management, and virtual communication tools.
Licence & Travel: Valid UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle for client assessments and on-call field support.
Personal Attributes: Strong organizational skills, adaptable, agile learner, calm under pressure, and effective at building cross-cultural relationships.
Flexibility: Willingness to participate in the operational on-call rota.
