We're recruiting for Sleeping Night Care Professionals in Windermere, and Waking Night Care Professionals across the wider area.
You'll be joining an Outstanding-rated provider, Top 20 Home Care Group and 5-Star Employer, with pay up to £160 per night.
Sleeping Nights – Windermere
Support a lovely, outgoing gentleman in Windermere who enjoys conversation, laughter, card games and the company of his much-loved cats. This role is about providing reassurance, companionship and personalised support in a relaxed home environment, with the opportunity to also do Waking Nights with other clients.
You'll help him:
- Enjoy engaging conversation and card games through the evening
- Manage light meals, drinks and evening/morning routines
- Feel safe and reassured overnight
- Maintain a comfortable, welcoming home
Waking Nights – Various Locations
Provide overnight support to clients across the area, staying alert throughout the night to help with personal care, reassurance and any needs that arise, so clients feel safe and settled at home.
You'll help with:
- Personal care and needs
- Repositioning and mobility support
- Reassurance if a client wakes during the night
- Morning routines and accurate care records
About You
- Caring, compassionate and dependable
- Previous experience required
- Enjoys building meaningful relationships
- Comfortable being around cats (Sleeping Nights)
- Happy to join in a game of cards (Sleeping Nights)
- Wants to make a genuine difference
