This evening Care Assistant role is ideal for applicants looking to supplement their income or work in a regular part-time position, with rotas planned around your preferred regular availability. 

As a Care Assistant, you will support older adults in their own homes, helping them live independently and with dignity. 

Care Assistant duties include: 

• Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, mobility support) 

• Meal preparation and support 

• Medication assistance 

• Companionship and emotional support 

• Pet care and assistance with social outings and appointments 

Part-Time Working Hours 

• Part-time hours based on your preferred regular availability 

• Regular clients to support continuity of care, including paid introductions to clients before you start care visits. 

• Rotas planned up to 6 weeks ahead  

• Availability to work every other weekend is essential 

Pay & Benefits 

• £13.00 per hour weekdays (£13.50 specialised care)
  £13.50 weekends (£14.00 specialised care) 

• Paid travel time  

• Mileage allowance of 45p per mile 

• 28 days paid holiday (pro rata)

• Full training provided – no previous care experience required 

• Caring, reliable, and professional approach 

• Ability to work independently  

• Willingness to work alternate weekends (essential) 

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential working in rural locations) 

• Must live within travelling distance of Marlborough 

• Enhanced DBS check and references required 

• Right to work in the UK required 

• We currently do not offer visa sponsorship
