What to expect:
💷 Pay effective 30th March: £13.12 per care hour + £12.71 travel time, training & meetings + £0.35 mileage
⌛Hours: 16 to 30 hours per week, depending on your availability
📑 Contract: Zero hours
📅 Schedule: Weekdays and alternate weekends
🕒 Shifts Available: Morning/afternoon 07.00-17.00 (could be earlier) or Evening 16.00-22.00
📍 Location: Field-based – you’ll travel to and from clients’ homes in Swansea, Neath and Llanelli
🚗 Requirements: Valid driving licence and access to a reliable car (Business Class 1 insurance needed)

About the role:
Whether you’re an early bird or prefer later hours, you’ll be making a real difference in someone’s day.
During the morning routine, you’ll help our clients start their day positively by:
- Personal care and morning routines
- Breakfast and light refreshments
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping
- Getting ready for appointments or daily activities
During the evening routine, you’ll then help our clients feel settled and comfortable for the night supporting with:
- Personal care and evening routines
- Light meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping
- Companionship and reassurance before bedtime
Qualifications
Who we’re looking for:
We’re looking for friendly, compassionate people who enjoy helping others. No previous care experience is needed — full training is provided.
You’ll need:
- A compassionate and can-do attitude
- Valid driving licence + reliable car
- Ability to provide 2 professional references
- Right to work in the UK
Experience is welcome but not essential.
If you’ve worked in hospitality, retail, customer service, admin, education, cleaning, social work, or volunteering — we’d love to hear from you.
