We are looking for a friendly, motivated individual to join us as a Trainee Recruiter, supporting the attraction and onboarding of Care Professionals who make a real difference in our community.
This role will be primarily based at our Godalming office, with responsibility for supporting our Multi-site Recruitment Officer across Home Instead Guildford and Woking, Home Instead Godalming, and Home Instead Elmbridge and East Spelthorne.
Job Description
Assist with posting job adverts and managing applications
Speak with candidates and support them through the recruitment journey
Learn to screen applications and schedule interviews
Support online and social media recruitment activity
Attend local community events and support recruitment campaigns
Maintain accurate candidate records using our recruitment system (ATS)
Participate in on-call duties as required.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people
Positive, friendly attitude and willingness to learn
Good organisation and time-management skills
Comfortable using basic IT and online platforms
Proactive, reliable and able to work well as part of a team
Flexible approach to support recruitment needs
Full driving licence and own vehicle is essential for the role to enable full networking where needed
