We are looking for a friendly, motivated individual to join us as a Trainee Recruiter, supporting the attraction and onboarding of Care Professionals who make a real difference in our community.

This role will be primarily based at our Godalming office, with responsibility for supporting our Multi-site Recruitment Officer across Home Instead Guildford and Woking, Home Instead Godalming, and Home Instead Elmbridge and East Spelthorne.

• Assist with posting job adverts and managing applications

• Speak with candidates and support them through the recruitment journey

• Learn to screen applications and schedule interviews

• Support online and social media recruitment activity

• Attend local community events and support recruitment campaigns

• Maintain accurate candidate records using our recruitment system (ATS)

• Participate in on-call duties as required.

• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people

• Positive, friendly attitude and willingness to learn

• Good organisation and time-management skills

• Comfortable using basic IT and online platforms

• Proactive, reliable and able to work well as part of a team

• Flexible approach to support recruitment needs

• Full driving licence and own vehicle is essential for the role to enable full networking where needed
