We are looking for Care Assistants who are full of empathy, kindness, and compassion — people who can bring comfort, companionship, and happiness into the lives of clients who live independently in their own homes but need a little extra support to remain safe and well.

Being a Care Assistant is a highly rewarding career where no two days are ever the same. With a minimum of one-hour visits and careful client matching, you’ll have the time to provide high-quality, person-centred support that truly makes a difference.

Key Duties Include:

• Companionship:
  Providing meaningful social interaction and emotional support, helping clients enjoy regular conversation, shared activities, and a sense of connection.

• Everyday Support:
  Assisting with day-to-day tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and maintaining a comfortable, safe home environment.

• Personal Care:
  Supporting clients with essential routines such as bathing, showering, oral hygiene, dressing, and preparing for bed — always encouraging and promoting independence wherever possible.

We welcome Care Assistants with previous experience as well as those looking for a completely new direction in their career. Full training and ongoing support are provided to help you develop the skills and confidence needed to deliver exceptional person-centred care.

We are currently looking for Care Assistants to work evening shifts from 5:00pm to 9:45pm on weeknights and weekends.
