The Role – What You’ll Be Doing 
As a Care Assistant, you’ll be supporting older people in your local area to live safely and comfortably at home. You’ll never be rushed, and you'll have the time to build real relationships with the people you support. 

Your role might include: 

• Helping someone get up, dressed, and ready for the day 

• Preparing meals or sharing a cuppa and a chat 

• Assisting with light household tasks 

• Offering companionship and emotional support 

• Following care plans and keeping simple notes

No previous care experience is required. We’re looking for people who are:
