About the Role:
As a Home Care Assistant, you’ll play an important role in supporting people to live comfortably and independently in their own homes. From helping with day-to-day activities to providing companionship, you’ll be enriching lives and bringing a smile to those you care for.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting clients with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.

  • Preparing meals and helping with light household tasks to maintain a clean, safe home environment.

  • Offering companionship and building strong, trusting relationships.

  • Assisting with transportation to appointments or social activities.

  • Following tailored care plans and monitoring any changes in clients’ needs.

  • Keeping clear records of the care provided and any observations about clients’ well-being.

  • Helping clients stay connected by using technology for communication or leisure.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in care is welcomed, but full training is provided for those new to the role.

  • Flexibility to work hours that match clients’ needs.
