Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business drives and opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and managing our online presence through social media and our website. This role is crucial in driving the company's growth and expanding our market research.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and website management.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, social media management tools, and website analytics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-orientated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue and expand the company’s market presence.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Plan, organize, and execute community events, community talks and training presentations.
- Networking:
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build relationships and promote the company’s services.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts within the industry to facilitate business development efforts.
- Represent the company in a professional and knowledgeable manner at all times.

- Monitor social media channels for feedback, inquiries, and engagement opportunities.
- Analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven improvements.
- Website Management:
- Oversee the management and continuous improvement of the company website, writing regular blogs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the website is up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with branding and business objectives.
- Optimize the website for search engines (SEO) to increase visibility and attract organic traffic.
- Track and analyze website performance using analytics tools, and implement enhancements based on insights.
- Team Management:

- Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback and guidance.
