• Provide companionship and emotional support to older adults
• Assist with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Ensure medication administration through reminders and assistance
• Perform light household tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Ensure the safety and well-being of older individuals at home
• Support with errands and provide transportation as necessary

• Previous experience in live-in care, with a strong preference for expertise in dementia care
• Demonstrated patience, understanding, and a friendly demeanor
• A genuine sense of kindness, compassion, and care
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with management, clients, and family members
• Within close proximity and happy to travel to our Farnborough, Bracknell and Watford offices
