Job Description
Wellbeing Assistant Benefits:
- Excellent pay rates - from £12 per hour
- Maximum 10 hours per week
- Minimum 1 hour visits– so you have the time needed with client

Wellbeing Assistant responsibilities:
This will be a highly rewarding career where no two days are the same! You will be helping us to build a whole new way to support older people to improve their lifestyles and contribute to a healthy ageing process
Duties can include:
- Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
- Physical activity - such as supporting your client to complete their own exercise programme or to go for a walk
- Mental stimulation - using our app to encourage your client to engage with quizzes and other activities
- Home help - engaging your client in the completion of light cleaning and household tasks
Qualifications
A proactive attitude and positive mindset
Good at bulding positive relationships
Comfortable with light physical exercise
Experience of supporting others to achieve their goals
Driver with access to own vehicle
