Wellbeing Assistant Benefits:

Wellbeing Assistant responsibilities:

This will be a highly rewarding career where no two days are the same! You will be helping us to build a whole new way to support older people to improve their lifestyles and contribute to a healthy ageing process

Duties can include:

• Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
• Physical activity - such as supporting your client to complete their own exercise programme or to go for a walk
• Mental stimulation - using our app to encourage your client to engage with quizzes and other activities 
• Home help - engaging your client in the completion of light cleaning and household tasks

A proactive attitude and positive mindset

Good at bulding positive relationships

Comfortable with light physical exercise

Experience of supporting others to achieve their goals 

Driver with access to own vehicle
