Job Description
The role of a Care Professional is to achieve the highest quality of life for the older members of our community. This means providing basic care but also encouraging activities to keep people active, engaged, and confident.
We are looking for caring, compassionate people to visit regular clients in the mornings 7:45am – 15:00pm. We support individuals to prepare for the morning, bringing joy and encouraging them to start the day in a positive way along with some lunchtime visits.
As Care Professionals we receive:
- £200 welcome onboarding payment
- Competitive rates of pay £11.10 - £15.80 per hour
- Mileage paid at 45p / mile

Qualifications
- Experience in supporting an older person in a personal capacity is preferred but not essential.
- You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on finding creative ways to improve a person's life.
- You will be reliable, trustworthy, compassionate, and respectful.
- Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English.
- Driver's licence and access to reliable transport is essential.
- Available to work every other weekend.
