As a Field Care Supervisor, you will help to grow our business so we can support more clients. You will do this through building and maintaining great relationships with clients and their families and by supporting our Care Professionals to provide the best possible care.

Job Description
You could help us to deliver our award-winning care services for older people in Morpeth, Ponteland, Wideopen, Cramlington, Blyth and surrounding areas. Our office base is in Blyth, but you will be out and about in the communities above too.
Job Type: Part-Time (weekend and evening work is required from time to time), with the potential to go to Full-Time.
As a Field Care Supervisor you will:
- Build and maintain great relationships with clients
- Support our Head of Client Experience to keep in touch with clients and their families, undertaking Quality Assurance and Service Reviews, following up queries and working to ensure everything is ‘just right’ for clients and their families.
- Meet prospective clients to develop outcome focussed care plans to help our clients get the most out of life!
- Be part of the out of hours On Call team - additional allowance paid for this.
- Have excellent keyboard skills and be able to type up care plans etc.
- Be confident in talking to a range of other professionals and get to really understand and be able to explain your client’s needs.
- Update client care plans, audit activity logs and MAR sheets alerting management to any issues or concerns.
- Maintain accurate client and Care Professionals records on our Electronic System
- Maintain confidentiality at all times for all Home Instead Information, including client, care professional & office data

Qualifications
You are likely to have Health and Social Care QCF Level 2/3 or be willing to work towards this AND at least 1-2 years experience in the care sector delivering a wide range of personal care. You will also have a passion for delivering the highest quality care to our clients and helping them to live independently and happily in their own homes.
The successful candidate will also be:
