Job Description
Working for Home Instead St Helens means you will become a professional in the care sector.
As a Care Professional you are supporting a client who no longer can live the life they have always lived, they now need your help to stay independence, to aid their choice and give them quality of life.
Your day may include some of the following support tasks:
- Helping a client start their day by aiding dressing or getting washed, or helping them finish their day by supporting them in to their nightwear and in to bed.
- Supporting with meal preparation, whether that be together with the client in their kitchen or independently.
- Aiding with vacuuming or changing the bed for your client.
- Supporting with medication.
- Sitting down and having a meaningful conversation to help build your great relationship with your client.
All Care Professionals attend free and paid for Induction training, a personalised training programme is then created for you!!
Qualifications
No qualifications or experience is required as FULL and ongoing training is provided.
