Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for kind and compassionate individuals to support vulnerable people in their homes. If you're seeking an Evening and weekend job where you can meet new people and make a difference in someone's life, joining Home Instead may offer you some exciting and rewarding possibilities.

Typical duties include:

  • Helping around the home

  • Assistance with making dinner or meal preparation

  • Companionship

  • Medication reminders

  • Light housekeeping

  • Personal care like help getting dressed and washing

  • Help clients get ready for bed

  • Companionship activities like reading to clients or watching their favourite show

Qualifications

What we are looking for: 

  • Proficient in communicating in the English language
  • A great timekeeper who is also organised and reliable.

  • Individuals who are compassionate and caring.

  • People who never fail to treat clients with dignity and respect.

  • An excellent listener, the ability to communicate properly, and the ability to create connections with clients and their families in a pleasant and kind manner are all required.

Requirements

  • Full Uk Driving License is ideal

  • A Desire to want to Help People
