Client Description

Client is currently having Live In care provided by two local CAREGivers who we recruited, they work Sunday - Friday, alternate weeks, and family support at weekends. Both CAREGivers will be leaving soon and family are looking to move the package to a 7 day a week care package. 

Client has dementia, is repetitive with her behaviour, and is now only able to concentrate for short periods of time. Client has a very good friend in the neighbour who is very involved, visiting daily for extended periods of time.

Client is mobile around the home, but no longer able to walk long distances so uses a wheelchair outside the property. 

Very supportive family, four children who are all very involved.
