Job Description

To develop and implement community and marketing initiatives in line with Home Instead's mission and values to strengthen the brand and grow our share of the market.

You will develop relationships in our local community working to agreed networking targets.

Deliver promotional activities both face to face and virtually to increase awareness of our client services and employment opportunities in the local community.

Plan and successfully execute regular community marketing events including attending fetes, fairs, exhibitions, recruitment events to promote our service to the public.

Plan and coordinate events across the social media delivering the message that reflects our mission, vision and values.

Develop and maintain knowledge of the Home Instead brand and raise awareness of National Office marketing campaigns and recruitment initiatives across the community.

Maintain accurate data and information to analyse own performance, manage time effectively and adapt to the changing needs of the business.

Qualifications

Confident to network face to face and build strong relationships

Confident to deliver talks on ageing subjects such as dementia, fraud protection etc (with training)

Effective interpersonal skills, good working knowledge of IT systems, strong organisational skills, self motivated and able to work independently
