Job Description
The Recruitment/Office Administrator will be responsible for proactively sourcing, selecting and building a pipeline of high quality, engaged CAREGivers, and deliver a responsive end to end recruitment service that incorporates a great candidate experience, also you will go out and meet the clients to manage the CAREGiver to Client matchmaking
Manage all aspects of recruitment activity ensuring compliance with legislation, regulators and Franchise Standards
Develop and implement new recruitment campaigns online
Proactively find candidates using a variety of sources which produce high-quality candidates
Develop own networks for sourcing candidates within the local community
Organize and conduct candidate selection activities
Maintain the accuracy and integrity of recruitment related information using the SmartRecruiters Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other software
Utilize recruitment data to make informed decisions regarding recruitment approach
Perform all relevant pre-employment checks adhering to legislation and regulations
Optimize the recruitment tools available and keep up to date on best practice approaches
To support the Care Manager with the daily tasks of the office
Qualifications
Previous experience of delivering a responsive end to end recruitment service
Knowledge of preparing and managing recruitment campaigns
Good understanding of recruitment legislation including Enhanced Criminal Record checks, referencing and Right to Work checks
Understanding of candidate screening and selection processes
Experience of utilizing recruitment data to make informed decisions
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience of working with an ATS
Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills with the ability to work accurately under pressure
Team player who is self-motivated, results driven and resilient
