Job Description

Hoist Group is searching for an IT team leader to join our global IT team in Portugal office. You will report directly to Hoist Group CIO.As part of Hoist Group you will be engaged in providing services and solutions through our Geneva and Stockholm Data Center, and Portugal office. Your team is placed in these three cities.You will be working closely with your team in Lisbon, Geneva and, Stockholm and the team will be supporting software developers, product owners,  3rd Level customer support services and end-users within the organization.

The scope include both “external IT” (production platforms in data centers and cloud exposing services to end clients) and “internal IT” for staff (email, account management, tools).

We are looking for someone with:

-          Broad technical knowledge

-          Knows IT best practices

-          Experience with Cloud computing, hybrid and public cloud experience.

-          Experience in IT security and cybersecurity framework

-          Customer orientated and focused on service quality

-          Self-motivated and proactive attitude

-          Assume responsibility and drive projects autonomously
