Main goals of the position:

§   Be the technical contact for the RFID lock and Mobile Key Products

§   Be responsible for L3 and Deployment Support duties

§   Become the technical owner of the Product

§   Provide HotSoft L3 and Deployment Support

Main activities and responsabilities:

§   During support operations being able to setup and reproduce customer issues (including and not limited to, installing software, locks mobile applications, etc..)

§   Provide guidance and consultancy concerning technical aspects during deployment and support.

§   Once product issues and limits are identified escalate to the proper counterpart for bug fix or product evolution points to be entered in roadmap.

§   Provide and evaluate solutions for technical problems or incidents

§   Test, adapt and validate installation and support manuals maintaining those documents over time.

§   Support the technical trainer during technical trainings.

Special Tasks:

§   The candidate must be willing to travel and must have a valid passport.

Experience:

§   HotSoft8

§   RFID door lock installation and configuration experience

§   TCP/IP networking understanding and experience

§   SQL server administration understanding and experience (SQL express in windows environment)

§   Previous support experience in a structured environment

§   Previous experience in dealing directly with Development teams, internal or external.

§   Previous support experience on IOS / Android mobile phone operating systems

Competences and job specific skills:

§   Basic electronics competences

§   Solid electrical engineering principles

§   SQL Language practice and understanding

§   Good practice and support experience on IOS / Android mobile operating systems

§   Good understanding of the Bluetooth Low Energy principles.

§   Being familiar with Property Management Systems interfaces

§   The candidate needs to be fluent in English, French and any Nordic language skills (like Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, and Danish) are a strong plus.
