• Responsible for overall application solution design.
• Provides guidance to functional and technical resources. 
• Focuses on quality and consistency of design-related Deliverables.
• Works closely with Client/Business Users to resolve design, solution and support issues.
• Facilitates Client’s decision-making process.
• Provides configuration, business process, and front-end application troubleshooting and modification.
