Temporary | Part Time | Must be willing to work with the team in Mountain Time

We are looking for a driven individual who will be able to be able to jump in and provide some temporary help to our Accounting team. 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the knowledge, skills, and abilities identified below and perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily, either with or without reasonable accommodation. Responsibilities:

• Daily recording of bank transactions and reconciling bank accounts

• Recording received customer payments against open invoices

• Review customer contracts and prepare sales orders

• Tackle month-end close tasks including reconciliations

• Conduct ad hoc financial/operational analysis as required 

• Complete other accounting/finance projects as necessary

• 1 - 3 years accounts receivable experience. Additional prior accounting experience is a plus. 

• You know your way around Excel. Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and if you don’t know a formula, you are able to Google it.

• You ask thoughtful questions and strive to figure things out, but won’t spin your wheels too long before raising questions.You are a team player and able to collaborate on various responsibilities. 

• You are focused on getting the details right, our team success depends on the accuracy of your work

• You can be counted on to get the job done.

• NetSuite or other SaaS experience would be helpful.
