We are looking for a driven individual who will be able to jump in and work with our Accounting team. 

Responsibilities:

• Daily recording of bank transactions and reconciling bank accounts

• Recording received customer payments against open invoices

• Review customer contracts and prepare sales orders

• Tackle month-end close tasks including reconciliations

• Conduct ad hoc financial/operational analysis as required 

• Complete other accounting/finance projects as necessary

• Graduated or planning on graduating in accounting/finance. Additional prior accounting experience is a plus, but not necessary. 

• You know your way around Excel. Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and if you don’t know a formula, you are able to Google it.

• You ask thoughtful questions and strive to figure things out, but won’t spin your wheels too long before raising questions.You are a team player and able to collaborate on various responsibilities. 

• You are focused on getting the details right, our team success depends on the accuracy of your work

• You can be counted on to get the job done.

• NetSuite or other SaaS experience would be helpful.
