As a Deal Desk Analyst your primary job will be to help HireVue’s sales team hit their numbers…simple as that. Their goals are ambitious, so hang-on! This is accomplished by working closely with sales reps to construct and process sales orders and contractual documents. Deal Desk Analysts partner with sales leaders to structure deals in accordance with HireVue’s financial policies and ensure that revenue is reported accurately.  You will also work cross-functionally with all teams involved in sales processes in order to ensure that key stakeholders are aligned and that all information is in a central location.

You are the right person for this job because you care about accuracy, learning new skills, and because you are able to seamlessly combine this with speed and efficiency. You do not accept the status quo, rather you enjoy thinking deeply about the ways in which things are done and continually work to streamline processes and reporting. You are a team player – always willing to jump in and help, whether it be helping reps create quotes using our quoting tool, CPQ, running reports and managing projects to clean-up data in Salesforce, or even hopping on a call to help a rep structure a deal. You are a dependable team member always ready to roll-up your sleeves.

• You don’t accept the status quo. We are looking for a change-maker, someone who is going to help us scale HireVue to a billion-dollar business.
