We are looking for a Team Leader to collaborate with the Head of Data Platform Team to manage our 50 member team within Hiflylabs.

As an experienced Team Lead, you will be supporting to oversee the general managerial tasks of our business unit, as you will have the lion’s share in building and leading an international team.

As a leader, you will certainly have tasks such as:

• Engaging in presales activities mainly with English-speaking international clients, requiring occasional travel (2-4 times a year), but also occasionally in the Hungarian market. 
• Preparing, presenting, and managing the entire process of proposals.
• Scoping, preparing projects, occasionally leading projects or taking on the role of project sponsor.
• Managing, mentoring, and developing team members.
• Contributing in the future structural, competence, and service developments of the team.
• Actively participate in the life of the team, being present as a leader, nurturing Hiflylabs' human-centered spirit.
• Collaborating with other competence areas, including sales, marketing, mentoring, finance, and management.
