Status/Shift: Contingent / Midnights

**What You Will Do:**

• **Master the art of specimen collection** – Get hands-on with phlebotomy for at least 25% of your shift and become the go-to expert patients trust!
• **Keep specimens moving smoothly** – Process and transport laboratory materials like a pro, following our established procedures to keep everything running like clockwork.
• **Be a testing superstar** – Conduct point-of-care testing and nail those order entries with accuracy that makes the lab team smile.
• **Connect with everyone** – Bring your A-game to every interaction with patients, lab staff, and caregivers—because great communication is what makes healthcare work.
• **Handle it all with confidence** – Safely and skillfully work with specimens from patients of all ages, proving you're a true lab pro who's got this!

Required Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum six months of phlebotomy experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a hospital or clinic laboratory.
• Familiarity with medical terminology.
