What You Will Do:

  • **Master the art of phlebotomy** – Become a specimen collection pro! You'll perform blood draws and specimen collection with precision and a patient-first approach, making sure everyone feels comfortable and cared for.
  • **Keep specimens moving smoothly** – Process and transport laboratory specimens like a well-oiled machine, following our established procedures to ensure nothing gets lost in translation (or in transit!).
  • **Get hands-on with point of care testing** – Conduct quick, accurate tests and enter orders into our laboratory system, helping us get results to patients faster.
  • **Be the friendly face of the lab** – Interact with patients, caregivers, and your laboratory teammates with professionalism and genuine warmth. You're not just collecting specimens; you're part of their healthcare journey.
  • **Stay sharp and safe** – Maintain top-notch safety practices and keep your phlebotomy skills sharp across all patient age groups, from tiny tots to our senior patients.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Minimum six months of phlebotomy experience
