Job Description
Role Overview
As an Ultrasound Technologist, you will specialize in performing diagnostic ultrasound procedures under the direction of a Radiologist. Your work will directly support physicians in evaluating pathological conditions, ensuring accurate and timely imaging results. This role is critical in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to effective treatment plans.

What You Will Do
- Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures to aid in the evaluation of pathological entities as prescribed by a physician.
- Utilize independent judgment to determine appropriate imaging techniques and patient positioning.
- Ensure adherence to safety practices and department protocols during all procedures.
- Maintain required hours of continued medical education to stay current with industry standards.

What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Registered with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS), or eligible candidate to sit for an ARDMS examination.
- If eligible candidate, successful completion of SPI, Abdomen, and OB/GYN ARDMS examinations required within 12 months of date of hire.
- Healthcare Provider certification (BCLS).
