Job Description
- Job Title: Surgical Technologist
- Schedule: 24 hours per week, Day Shift, 7:00am - 7:30pm
- Sign on bonus: $4,500

Role Overview
As a Surgical Technologist, you play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of surgical procedures by managing instruments, supplies, and equipment. You will support the Registered Nurse and Surgical Team, anticipate surgeon needs, and assist in patient preparation and care. Your expertise contributes directly to the safety, comfort, and successful outcomes of our patients.

What You Will Do
- Handle surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment during general to moderately complex procedures.
- Anticipate the needs of the surgeon and surgical team members.
- Assist with patient preparation and transport.
- Support the surgical care team in providing specific patient care duties.
- Respond to emergent situations according to established procedures.

Qualifications
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Graduate of a Surgical Technology program or six (6) months specialized patient care training in the armed forces.
- Current BLS certification or become BLS certified within one month of start date.
Preferred Qualifications
- Surgical Technologist certification.
