Role Overview

As a Clinic Service Representative, you¿ll be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from check-in to check-out. You¿ll support clinic staff, medical professionals, and patients by managing registration, insurance verification, and financial responsibilities. Your role is essential in maintaining efficient clinic operations and delivering exceptional customer service.

What You Will Do

  • Greet and check in patients, ensuring accurate registration and insurance verification.
  • Handle cash collections and discuss general financial responsibilities with patients.
  • Reconcile patient charts and manage discharge processes efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and clinic staff.
  • Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with frequent interruptions.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to perform calculations, complete forms, and utilize computer information systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication over the phone and in person.
  • Basic computer skills, including navigating software, email, and logging in/out of systems.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work within a team setting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with a clinic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with detailed information.
